Job description:
We are looking for experienced Project Managers to help us further develop IT-systems
and solutions for our business processes. Your technical expertise is needed in the analysis,
development, testing, implementation and support of software solutions that meet user
requirements, technical and architectural standards.
Our project managers are accountable for the success of the project from initiation to
closure. You will join a team of highly qualified people, and will be able to participate in
projects from beginning to end.
Areas of responsibility/Role
• Identifying, tracking, managing and resolving project issues and ensure deliverables
according to agreed scope
• Our project managers are accountable for the success of the project, this includes
detailed planning, vendor control, and project delivery on time, everytime.
• Produce specifications based on ongoing business-processes
• Testing and quality assurance of the software deliveries made by vendors.
• Manage key stakeholders including close collaboration with our internal customers
• Project reporting
Qualifications
• Relevant education at university level or equivalent (Master degree)
• Project management experience
• Problem resolution and result oriented
• Commercial mindset and interpersonal skills
• Software testing experience (QA/SOA)
• Team builder, strong people management orientation and general leadership skills
• Analytical and organization skills; capable of operating independently
• You need to exhibit good communication skills, and you will use English on a daily basis
• Flexibility to some limited travel
• Preferably experience in the use of angile (for example SCRUM and/or XP) system
development methods
The vacant position will be situated mainly in Gdansk, but it is expected that the candidate is
able to spend some time in Norway.
