Software Engineer Node.js


Job description:

• Developing RESTful APIs for our Clients mobile apps
• Delivering multiple projects using a variety of formats
• Creating vector and bitmap artwork for website, application and printing materials
• Support of Design team in all creative, conceptual and design work
• Working closely with Product Owners to create a robust and scalable infrastructure that meets business requirements and is capable of handling millions requests per day
• Developing core components of our Clients platform using Node.js



We are looking for candidates with:
• Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and communication skills
• Strong understanding of Object Oriented Programming, Design Patterns and current best practices in web development
• Min. 2 years of experience in web development using Node.js
• Experience with NoSQL databases and distributed version control systems
• Disciplined approach to writing unit tests and testable code
• A good understanding of Agile Development methodologies
• Strong algorithms, data structures and coding background is desirable
