Senior and Junior Flash Developers (Flex/ Flash)

We are looking for someone with extensive experience in Macromedia / Adobe Flash development focusing on ActionScripting. Our ideal candidate will come from a Flash programming background (rather than a Flash animation/movie background) to produce Rich Internet Applications (RIA). It is extremely desirable for the candidate to have experience with Flex / ActionScript 3. Since we are looking for a Flash / Flex web developer, prior experience with Java, Servlet, and JSP programming is a plus (to illustrate that your background is more on the programming side, rather than the graphics/animation side). Developers currently working on object-oriented Java applications wishing to expand their skill set into the Flex/Flash realm will also be considered.

Requirements:
• Expertise in Flash ActionScript 2.0 scripting, Flex Data Services (as a programmer not an animation artist.
• Proven ability to rapidly implement interactive applications using Flash and Flex Data Services
• Prior experience with the latest web technologies like Java, JSP, Javascript, CSS, HTML, XML, DOM, etc.
• Prior experience with Java and SQL a plus
