Your profile
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science or related
•Willingness to become deeply involved in the technical subjects of German payroll accounting; experience is desirable
•Excellent customizing knowledge in SAP HCM PT, ideally, experience in complex system landscapes
•Ideally, experience from roll out or implementation projects
•Willingness to travel
•Fluent written and spoken English and German
•Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
•Strong service thinking skills and service orientation
•Flexibility and good interpersonal skills
•Excellent problem solving and decision making skills
•Excellent communication skills
•Ability to work within tight deadlines and attention to details

Your responsibilities
•Identification, consulting, concept and implementation of continuous process and system optimization in SAP HCM and associated add-on solutions
•Implementation of Change Requests to the GSS SAP HCM in cooperation with the departments and partners
•Group-wide, technical support with a focus on the personnel time management of various tariffs in a complex Shared Services system landscape
•Development of concepts, implementation, performance of functional tests, documentation and troubleshooting
•Internal and external contact person and interface for our customers and partners (consulting, support and training)
•Participation in migration, standardization and other projects
