I am looking to hire 2-3 full time php-MYSQL programmers/web developers who a) speak english (conversational level is ok!) and
have at least 3 years of experience with working in the web environment using php-MYSQL. Unfortunately, I can SPEAK Polish, but can't write, so it's important that your written English is understandable so that we can effectively communicate through email and Instant Messenger.The immediate project is a website build from scratch that should be about a 120 hr job. It needs to have a CMS (Mambo, preferably) backend, some design work will be needed, members-only area, and a few other dynamic features that we'll talk about later.
You must:
1.Have great design skills
2.No templates used
3.Great programming skills
4.Work with our company policies
5.Once done with development and testing, developer must sign rights to the website to our company.
6.You must sign a NDA and agreement
You will have the flexibility of working from home and it is my hope that after the initial project is completed, that we can extend a full time employment offer to you or that we can offer you additional contract work so that you can be our partner in working on more projects.
