For our Danish business partner, we are looking for a Xenapp / Citrix Application Specialist. You will join one of Danish leading IT and software companies, which plays a key role in digitizing the Danish welfare state, helping make Denmark’s public sector one of the best ran, most efficient and highly digitized in the world. Our client develops and delivers IT solutions to the local government, central government and large corporations. You will be a member of the operation team in Warsaw, Poland.


Key responsibilities:

· Being a member of cross-functional, Scrum team

· Troubleshooting and problem solving (incident and problem management)

· Performing changes (change and service request management) in software packages

· Testing installation in OAT and consulting in UAT

· Participating in architectural meeting on the project level

· Building, tuning and maintenance (Configuration, Upgrade and patching, Sizing, Backup/restore, Performance and tuning, Monitoring (event management))


Key requirements:

· Strong professional experience in one or more of below:

- Netscaler 9.2 and newer-

- Xenapp 7.6 and newer

- Xendesktop 7.7

- Citrix provisioning 7.1 and newer

· ITIL knowledge or basic certificate

· Fluency in English

· Experience in project co-working on distance

· Pro-activity e.g. optimizing daily tasks/production

· Team player attitude

- Member of cross-functional, Scrum team

- Participating in architectural meeting on the project level

· Good communication skills

- Knowledge sharing with customers and colleagues

- Writing technical documentation of installations and environment

- Gathering functional requirements from internal business owners

- Presenting work results to internal business owners
