Problem polega na tym, że gdy najadę na link to powinno się zmieniać tło, no ale się nie zmienia. Czy ktoś wie jak to rozwiązać?

To od przeglądarki zależy... zapewne testujesz to na IE ;> w Firefox i Operze jak testuje to wszystko jest OK

popatrz na swój kod, opuściłeś jeden znaczmik...

po pierwsze nie

#nav li:hover { ... }

tylko
#nav ul li { ... }
#nav ul li:hover { ... }

po drugie błędem jest przypisanie kilku elementom tego samego id="link"
jeżeli już, to zamień id na klasę czyli <li class="link"> ...
i wtedy twój css przyjmie postać
li.link { ... }
li.link:hover { ... }

ani jedno ani drugie nie działa :/ testuje na operze

skoro wszystkim działa a tobie nie to znaczy że błąd jest gdzie indzie a nie w tych dwóch liniach css
bo w ff ie i operze dział to tez musisz mieć błąd gdzie indzie

czyli żuci tego twojego css-a


no albo opcja 3 twoja opera jest uszkodzona
