As a PHP Back End Developer (m/f) you will work with our PHP team on programming and maintaining our back end systems, including our payment shop. You will be responsible for devising, implementing and optimizing our systems as well as upgrading and remodeling them and securing high availability. In addition, you will play a part in designing and optimizing the software architecture.
We are looking for colleagues,
who consider object-oriented programming in PHP 5.5 a passion and not just a job
who are experts in extensive software projects, ideally in game development
who are experienced users of MySQL and ideally als NoSQL
who can appreciate the advantages of frameworks (e.g. ZF2) and design patterns
for whom test automation and quality assurance are not just vague theories
who find developing web services, in particular REST and RPC, no trouble at all
who don’t think Linux is an animal
who don’t treat front end technologies like HTML/CSS and JavaScript (primarily jQuery) as poor relations
who know the difference between ‘agile’ and ‘chaos’
who have an excellent written and spoken command of German and/or English
