And now, we’re looking for a talented, passionate and pragmatic senior software developer / architect to become a Back-end Tech Lead.


As Tech Lead you will:
- share your technical knowledge and experience, and mentor developers
- lead the architectural discussion for significant parts of the codebase
- work closely with the CTO to support Product Owners in driving and implementing the long-term strategy, whilst maintaining solid technical foundations and minimizing technical debt
- drive and promote continuous improvements: encourage and lead the changes, strive for technical excellence

What we’re looking for:

- significant experience with server-side languages, particularly PHP, Golang is a merit
- broad knowledge of messaging systems like RabbitMQ, Kafka or SQSExperience
- being involved in the decision-making process in evaluating and implementing database technologies, such as Redis, ElasticSearch, Mysql, Postgres and Couchdb
- strong people skills, you encourage the team by setting a high bar and then help them to surpass it
- you constructively question the existing situation and strive for innovation and improvement
- you enjoy sharing knowledge and leverage skills of your colleagues

You'll get additional points for:
- experience being heavily involved in the move from a monolith to a service based architecture and have implemented related architecture patterns such as event-driven architecture
- being involved in open source and technical meetups
- contribution to a number of open source projects
- knowledge of the numbers that Jeff Dean thinks all developers should know
