Ja też niebardzo się orientuje w tym twoim kodzie, ale może sprawdż CHMODY czyli tak zwane mozliwosci dostępu do folderów do których chcesz uploadować plik.

gdyby to bylo takie proste to bym nie pisal na forum

wszystkie chmody sa poustawiane dobrze... i nic nie wiadomo co jest zle
