About us
Lakion is a software company focused on development, trainings and consulting services around one of the biggest polish open source projects - Sylius. We work in Scrum, use Github Flow model, have code review culture and use Continuous Integration (CircleCI) and Continuous Inspection (Scrutinizer) platforms.
It’s about code, not about language. Modern PHP is not what most people think it is. We are using one of the most promising e-commerce platforms - Sylius, which is a top quality project, created by our Co-Founder, Paweł Jędrzejewski. Sylius is the first open source PHP project which adopted both StoryBDD with Behat and SpecBDD using phpspec.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high quality web applications using PHP, as well as design new functionalities for existing websites using open source software
- Write automated tests
- Contribute to a modern, open source e-commerce framework - Sylius
- Improve yourself through pair-programming and code katas
Requirements
- PHP with very good OOP understanding
- Familiar with Symfony2
- Experience with ORMs
- Testing skills (unit, functional etc.)
- Practical knowledge of Linux/Unix
- Quick learner with passion, creativity and commitment
- English on the communicative level
- Git

- E-Commerce know-how
