I would like someone to design and build a webpage with php for an online course - the details are below.
This is a paid position (based on an umowa o dzieło) and I'm looking for a student/young developer who wants to build their portfolio.
I'm not looking for a super-complex site with framework, but something that looks clean and professional I can administer myself through cpanel / adding webpages when needed - I have html/css/php experience but don't have the time/skills to do everything below. This is why I need you
I'd like the site to be complete and fully tested by the end of July to allow for preliminary testing with clients. The site will be fully launched in September.

Details - what I need:
1. Front page:
• Introductory videos
• General text
• Question & answers, with the ability to answer a question by entering an answer and then to check your answer [may be on separate page]
• Ability to pay for the course.
• Ability to log-in (when a candidate has paid for the course)
2. Payment & registration page:
• Ability to pay for the course,
• Enter personal details: name, email address
• Enter your email address as a user-name
• Generate a log-in code
3. Log-in page:
• Display all units in the course
• There will be a unit name followed by a link to sets of exercises – exercise 1, exercise 2 etc
• Generate preposition exercises (randomly generated from database)
• Generate collocation exercises (randomly generated from database)
• Generate word formation exercises (randomly generated from database)
• Display link to material archive
• Ability to change personal details
• Ability to contact site admin

a) Customer:
See progress through the course – completed units/ uncompleted units
Admin:Add/delete units
Add/delete exercises to units
Change databases for preposition, collocation and word formation exercises
4. Unit exercise page:
A video explaining the issue
Questions and answers – the customer answers all questions and then is able to see suggested answers
a) Admin:
Add/delete questions
Add/delete answers
Add/delete video to answers
5. Material archive:
Simple list of links to various resources on the internet.
6. Provide support when needed based on a per-hour payment arrangement/other.
