Your responsibilities
-Solution Manager L2 Support
-ChaRM Change Requests: Handling, Bugs, Questions, choosing IBase component, filling scope, Approval, Status change
-ChaRM Change Documents: Handling, Bugs, Questions, component version mismatch, Retrofit, CSOL, XLD, hanging imports, testing
-Incident management: Handling, Bugs, Questions, Autoclosure, Support Team determination, Interface to BA-SolMan
-E-Mail notifications: Missing notifications, multiple notifications, wrong recipient
-Solution Manager Standard Changes
-Approver determination, categorization schemes, support team determination
-Coordination of requests for new ChaRM projects
-Closure of Change Documents
-Decommissioning of terminated ChaRM projects
Your profile
-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science or related
-At least 2 years of experience in similar position
-Fluent written and spoken English, German language will be an asset
-Good SAP Solution Manager knowledge
-Excellent analytical skills
-Strong service thinking skills and service orientation
-Flexibility and good interpersonal skills
-Good problem solving and decision making skills
-Good communication skills
-Ability to work within tight deadlines and attention to details
