Key responsibilities:

  • Full solution scope of smaller projects in all areas from initial requirements/analysis to delivery
  • Participation in project and customer clarifications and architectural decisions in cooperation with application/infrastructure architects
  • Setting the method of application/operational architecture for small projects, including design patterns and standards
  • Ensuring and advising on compliance to the team
  • Working closely with the business architect on handling of customer requirements
  • Participation in solution design in tender/RFP work
  • Being responsible for technical artefacts and deliverables and ensuring review of the produced artefacts
  • Providing advice, guidance and assistance to colleagues
  • Working independently with occasional direction
  • Exercising substantial personal responsibility and autonomy


Key requirements:

  • Higher education in computer science/engineering
  • Relevant experience in software building or as Infrastructure Architect
  • Good analytical and theoretical insight
  • Experience in analysis, design and test
  • Development or operational background
  • Knowledge of:
  • Infrastructure of Windows Servers and SUSE Linux
  • Active Directory Domain Services, DHCP, DNS, IIS
  • TOGAF (or similar)
  • ITIL
  • Fluency in English
  • Communication skills
  • Writing skills - preparing technical documentation in English
  • High sense of team spirit
  • Nice to have:
  • Private Cloud: HyperV/WMWare, Azure
  • SQL, MongoDB, MariaDB, Weblogic, Wildfly / JBoss, Apache, Saltstack, MySQL, PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ
  • Microsoft Cloud technologies: Azure Cloud IaaS, Azure AD Connect
  • Prince2 certification
