Consider our 'Inital Learning programme' (ILP), which is for fresh graduates from the engineering universities/colleges. This is a specially designed 4 weeks training course. The ILP is conducted with the objective of transforming engineers from diverse disciplines into software professionals.
In this program you will have a thorough understanding about the vision, mission, values, and processes of TCS, by getting day-to-day inputs and not just theoretical learning. Moreover you will get to know the colleagues at TCS Hungary, and gain friendships especially with the ones with whom you will go through this training program.
The areas covered in ILP will be:

- History, vision, mission and values of TCS – followed up through the whole program, the basic elements of TCS corporate culture and structure, getting to know Ultimatix, our online system
- Getting to know the basis of given technologies (Java, Oracle, SAP, Microsoft and many others), forming project-teams, participate in group discussions and presenting to other teams
- Forming teams according to a given technology, working on a small project, presenting it to the others
- Receiving the mandatory trainings: SPC, CAT, DAR, iQMS, Six Sigma Awareness, CCI
- Cultural diversity inside the company, informal-formal teambuilding activities
- Motivating speeches of experienced TCS associates from all over the world on career building opportunities, `my presence and future at TCS`
