Wiem, pewnie kodowanie jest zle ustawione. TYLKO JAK JE ZMIENIC? I NA JAKIE?

I jakie masz kodowanie w dokumencie, jeśli nie masz ISO-8859-2 to zmień w meta.

I używaj znaczników php. Nie wiem czy Ci to zadziała bo z tego kodu nie można nic wywnioskować narazie, brak kolorowania..
